Job summary

PENIEL CLEANING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead and train a team of cleaners at client sites. You will supervise progress, ensure quality, and coordinate deployments islandwide.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in cleaning, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work overtime and travel, with independent work style and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Physically fit and able to travel islandwide.
• Willing to perform hands-on cleaning and lead by example.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation and on-site training for new cleaners at clients' premises.
• Supervise and monitor the work progress and service quality at assigned project sites.
• Lead, guide and support cleaners to ensure cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
• Perform cleaning duties together with the team when required (Hands-on).
• Attend to manpower shortages and provide site coverage when necessary.
• Arrange and deploy cleaners to various client sites across Singapore.
• Deliver cleaning chemicals, consumables and equipment to job sites.
• Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaise with clients professionally and respond promptly to operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety requirements and clients' expectations.
• Submit site reports and update management on operational issues.
