Job summary

Cleancoat Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff across allocated sites and ensure a first class cleaning service. You will manage inventory, plan schedules, train new cleaners and maintain strong client rapport.

You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Class 3 driving license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A proactive, organized leader able to work independently and guide a team is essential.

• Ensure first class cleaning service across multiple sites
• Conduct cleaning works to bolster team efficiency
• Plan and review work schedules for cleaners
• Build rapport with clients
• Train and guide new cleaners to company standards
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to on site
• Recruit manpower
• Resolve and manage incidents
• Handle administrative tasks (hardcopy and softcopy)
