Job summary

Green Enviro Facilities Services is seeking a capable operations lead in Singapore to oversee ground staff and supervisors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with client requirements. You will coordinate with customer service, billing, and sales to support tendering, onboarding, and overall process improvements.

The role involves site visits, managing inventory and equipment, and guiding the team through ad-hoc tasks to drive efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues raised by the Customer Service and Billing team.
• Conduct checks and follow up with ground staff and Supervisors to ensure operations are completed within the stipulated time.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide input and details for tendering projects and quotations.
• Handle onboarding and hiring of the team under your management.
• Work with Operations to improve processes, optimize schedules, and increase task efficiency to grow the business and profits.
• Support Operational needs within the team and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
• Conduct site visits and manage quotations and tendering of jobs.
• Manage inventory lists and equipment to meet client requirements.
• Manage Supervisors and ground staff to complete ad-hoc tasks.
