Job summary

You will manage budgeting, manpower deployment, staff motivation, and continual service improvement while maintaining operational excellence. This role also emphasizes building strong client relationships to secure renewals and promptly address feedback to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven experience in site operations management.
• Experience in budgeting and manpower planning preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Developing, executing, and ensuring company SOPs are followed throughout assigned sites
• Building open and trusting relationship with clients to achieve long term partnership and contractual renewal
• Resolving of feedback or complaints from clients and taking immediate preventive measures to ensure that similar problem does not resurface
• Handle the budgeting of sites assigned and ensuring that it is kept within
• Planning of manpower deployment at various sites to meet the contractual requirement of clients
• Leading and motivating employees
• Monitoring market trends and adapting to changing business environments.
• To achieve and maintain the highest possible level of operation excellence.
• Monitoring the day to day cleaning operations & ensuring the services delivered as per agreed contractual terms.
