Job summary

humane manpower private limited is seeking a reliable driver to support our operations in Singapore. You will drive the company vehicle, perform loading/unloading, and ensure efficient use of resources while liaising with the Manager on daily tasks.

You must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, be physically fit, and willing to travel island-wide. Computer literacy is a plus; you will help promote Health and Safety and coordinate with other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Physically fit – walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities.
• Willingly to travel island wide.
• Computer literacy advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Driving related duties like fetching of workers, loading/unloading of equipment, etc.
• Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the planning of future tasks.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Timeously requests the purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
• Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
• Work with members of other teams as required.
• Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
