Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, lobbies, and washrooms to a professional standard.

• Assist with pre/post-event cleaning and flexible deployment across properties.

Cleaning Operations

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean common areas, offices, lobbies, lift lobbies and circulation areas.

• Clean and sanitise washrooms, pantries and other shared facilities.

• Maintain all areas to a professional presentation standard suitable for office and retail environments.

• Replenish consumables including tissue paper, soap dispensers and other restroom supplies.

Waste Management

• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Carry out waste segregation and recycling activities in accordance with Company sustainability initiatives.

• Ensure waste collection points are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

Equipment Operation

• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment.

• Report malfunctioning equipment to supervisors promptly.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements when handling chemicals, equipment and cleaning materials.

• Report hazards, defects, water leakages and unsafe conditions.

• Adhere to Company hygiene, safety and environmental procedures.

Customer Service

• Respond professionally to tenant housekeeping requests and feedback.

• Support the Property Management Team in maintaining positive tenant experience.

• Ensure cleanliness complaints are attended to promptly.

Sustainability Responsibilities

• Support recycling and waste reduction initiatives.

• Minimise water, chemical and consumable wastage during cleaning operations.

• Participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives where required.

Operational Support

• Assist with pre-event and post-event cleaning arrangements.

• Support special cleaning assignments during festive periods or Company events.

• May be deployed across multiple Company-managed properties based on operational requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or the Property Management Team.

Job Requirement

• Experience in commercial office, retail or hospitality environments will be advantageous. Prior cleaning experience preferred.

• Relevant housekeeping or cleaning certification is advantageous.
