Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a diligent Claims Processor to handle claim applications, perform checks for disbursement, and manage exception handling and refunds. You will collate data for regular reporting and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has 1–2 years in processing claims, and demonstrates strong written and spoken communication. Proficiency in MS Excel and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma holder.
• 1–2 years of experience in processing claims, disbursement and refunds.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
• Detailed and meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process claim applications.
• Check for disbursement.
• Handle exceptions and refunds.
• Attend to escalated enquiries on claims.
• Collate data/information/statistics for regular reporting.
• Provide administrative support.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
