Job Description
To verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines such that claimants are compensated fairly and according to established service standards

Requirements

• At least Diploma holder
• 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement, and refund
• Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
• Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
• Detailed and meticulous
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
