Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree and be registered as a Resident Engineer with BCA, IES, or ACES; strong English and MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore authorities.
• Registered Resident Engineer with BCA, IES or ACES.
• Proficient in English for meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings and regulations.
• Lead site staff and Resident Technical Officers; ensure effective on-site performance.
• Maintain and submit records of works, materials and equipment.
• Attend meetings and document minutes; coordinate with contractors, consultants and utility providers.
• Coordinate contractor activities to align with project timelines and stakeholder requirements.

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore

Registered Resident Engineer with BCA, IES, or ACES
