Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer for islandwide projects in Singapore.

The role requires leading the C&S site team, supervising construction works, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards. You will coordinate with contractors and consultants on site matters and monitor progress with regular reporting. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in Civil & Structural Engineering, a degree recognised by PE Singapore, and accreditation by IES/ACES.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognised by PE board in Singapore.
• Accredited by IES and ACES for the role.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the C&S site team in monitoring, supervising, and inspecting construction works.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, specs, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on site matters.
• Monitor work progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain proper site supervision and construction records.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
• Provide guidance to site staff and maintain teamwork and communication.
