Job summary

WSP Consultancy Pte Ltd seeks a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to lead site supervision on a major project. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and regulations while monitoring progress and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required: minimum 8 years in civil engineering with at least 5 years in site supervision, and a professional qualification in civil/structural engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have strong site supervision experience on major civil/structural works.
• Familiar with Building Control Act and regulations.
• Experience in safety management and QA/QC on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform roles of site supervisor under Building Control Act.
• Ensure civil/structural works comply with drawings/specifications.
• Monitor and report progress on site.
• Carry out inspections before concrete works and during construction.
• Supervise construction work and supervise ROT/QAQC meetings.
• Maintain records of tests, inspections, materials, and site diaries.
• Coordinate with QP(S), SRE, consultants or OIC.
• Provide safety oversight with the safety team.
