Job summary

China Construction Realty Co. Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer with hands-on site coordination experience to join our team. You will design, analyze and plan civil and structural works, prepare calculations and drawings, and submit plans to authorities.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other trades, oversee on-site works, attend technical meetings, and maintain ISO documentation and test records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
