Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Civil/Structural coordinator to design, analyze and plan civil and structural engineering works for large-scale projects in Singapore.

You will prepare design calculations and drawings and manage authority submissions, ensuring timely delivery to consultants and authorities. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 main construction, strong knowledge of structural specifications, and the ability

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Minimum 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large scale projects
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaison with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard
