Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'pore) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Engineering professional to lead design, analysis and planning for large-scale projects.

You will prepare calculations and drawings, coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and trades, and ensure timely submissions, site supervision, and document control in line with ISO standards. This role requires coordinating meetings, reviewing test reports, and ensuring compliance with building codes for condominium and hospital

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building.
• Min 5 years structural coordinator experience in large scale project such as Condominium and hospital project.
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements.
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.
• Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings.
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings and site walks during the construction phase of project.
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard.
