WORKINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Site Engineer to review drawings, manage construction progress, and ensure quality.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on multiple sites across the city, providing technical support to the site team. The role requires a civil engineering degree and at least two years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or architectural projects.

Qualifications

Degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural projects.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Review architectural and structural drawings, specs, schedules, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
Knowledge in CAD/BIM.
Create construction and worker shift schedules.
Monitor permits, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Attend coordination meetings with client, consultants, and main contractor to meet time, budget, and quality goals.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; monitor performance and quality of materials and services.
Assist project manager in supervising construction activities on assigned projects.
Travel between project sites across the city.
Provide technical support to site team members.
Inspect structural and architectural works to ensure quality.
Perform other ad-hoc duties.
