Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineer to lead on-site projects, reviewing specifications and coordinating with Structural, Architectural and M&E teams to resolve issues while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes scheduling works, material requisitions, cost control, QA/QC, progress reporting, and handover duties; PEB recognition and A1/A2 building experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with PEB recognition.
• Working experience in A1/A2 building companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications, clarifications, and drawings.
• Schedule works, requisition materials, control costs, and supervise projects.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC and enforce safety on-site.
• Prepare progress and handover reports.
• Handle additional assigned tasks.
