Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review structural and civil plans, drawings, and calculations per project specs and codes.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce design, safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve design or construction issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and workplace safety requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical advice as required.
• Submit shop drawings and material samples for conformance with project specs.
• Assist construction manager and quantity surveyor with progress claims.
