Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd, located in Central Singapore, is seeking a Drafter to produce civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves developing BIM models, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

This is a permanent, on-site position at Sin Ming. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering and hands-on experience in drafting or BIM modelling, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Civil & Structural drafting or BIM modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil & structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce and revise authority submissions, construction, and detailed drawings.
• Develop BIM models and drawings per project and BCA submission requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers and other project disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with design specifications and relevant standards.
• Update drawings based on design changes and engineers' comments.
• Maintain drawing documentation and version control.
• Perform other drafting and BIM-related duties.
