Job summary

VISIONICS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller or Draftsman in Singapore with at least 3 years of experience in building construction. The role involves preparing various types of engineering drawings, maintaining drawing submission formats, and attending coordination meetings.

Qualified candidates should possess mandatory skills in Revit and AutoCAD and be able to work independently while fulfilling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the project manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as BIM modeller or draftsman in building construction.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge with Revit & AutoCAD is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings.
• Prepare Drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends.
• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting.
• Monitor and update drawing submission status.
• Discuss updates with Project Team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting Manager.
