Job summary

Rankine&Hill (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/CAD Drafter to develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural projects. You will collaborate with engineers to capture requirements and ensure models meet project needs, producing detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architectural and M&E teams, conducting quality checks, and maintaining BIM documentation.

Qualifications

Basic hand drafting skills required.
Experience using Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD in a consultancy setting preferred.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Graduate of a qualified technical program or school.
Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and specifications.
Work with engineers to gather project requirements and ensure BIM models meet project needs.
Prepare detailed drawings using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD).
Coordinate with Architectural and M&E disciplines to integrate models and resolve clashes.
Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on BIM models and drawings against standards.
Maintain all BIM project documentation and ensure accessibility for the team.
Stay updated with BIM technology and explore new tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor (Director/CEO).
