Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is looking for a Civil & Structural Draftsman to prepare and draft drawings for private and public projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating submission schedules, liaising with authorities for approvals, and ensuring compliance with design codes and project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural Technology, with experience in AutoCAD and BIM tools (REVIT, Bentley BIM, Civil 3D).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in AutoCAD drafting is highly advantageous.
• Experience in BIM modelling (REVIT/BENTLEY BIM / Civil 3D Design) is advantageous.
• Good knowledge in Civil & Structural engineering design and construction is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft Civil & Structural drawings for private and public projects.
• Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals.
• Coordinate and monitor drawing submission schedule.
• Ensure design systems comply with the code and requirements.
• Perform other drafting duties as assigned by superior.
