Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join our central Singapore team.

You will work closely with the Project Management group to plan, monitor, and implement BIM work streams, coordinating with designers, consultants, and on-site teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years' BIM experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Autodesk Revit.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years BIM project experience preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD; familiar with Autodesk Revit BIM software.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor project work plans with PM team.
Assist PM with planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality matters.
Liaise with Owner and Main Contractor on site and project technical issues.
Attend meetings to discuss technical matters.
Coordinate with stakeholders for project coordination meetings.
Prepare and maintain engineering documents and inspection reports.
Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors on schedules and quality.
Liaise with in-house designers and consultants for shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Ensure works are carried out safely and within project timeline.
Prepare documents for ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 compliance.
