Premium-Rich Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a civil engineer to manage tender projects and ongoing projects, preparing contract documents, take-off measurements, and cost estimates for tender submissions.

You will monitor budgets, process progress claims and variations, liaise with consultants and developers, and oversee procurement and sub-contractor payments to support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsabilités

• Prepare contract documents, and take-off measurement.
• Provide cost estimate and tender submission.
• Prepare project cash flow forecast.
• Monitor project budget and costing.
• Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders.
• Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters.
• Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions.
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award.
• Prepare contract documents for sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
• Evaluate and verify sub-contractors variation orders.
• Settlement of final accounts.
