Job summary

Underground Technology Engineering Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Planning Engineer to support planning, monitoring and control of civil and infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role covers tender planning and project execution, including programme development, progress monitoring, critical path analysis and report generation.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of civil construction planning, sequencing and be able to collaborate

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
Relevant planning/project controls qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop tender, baseline, recovery and revised programmes using Primavera P6.
Coordinate with design, procurement, construction teams and stakeholders.
Update programmes based on site progress; identify delays and mitigation options.
Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports and dashboards.
Support delay analyses and contractual reviews with the commercial team.
Contribute to tender submissions and planning methodology.
