Job summary
Underground Technology Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Planning Engineer in Singapore to support planning, monitoring and control of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
The role includes tender planning and project execution, programme development, progress tracking, and reporting with Primavera P6. The candidate should be proficient in Primavera P6 and have strong experience in CPM, WBS development, and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
- Relevant planning/project controls qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in planning or programme management in civil/infrastructure projects (Singapore preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender, baseline, recovery and revised programmes using Primavera P6.
- Develop WBS, activity sequencing, logic links, calendars, milestones and critical paths.
- Coordinate planning with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
- Regularly update programmes based on site progress and analyze deviations.
- Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports, S-curves and dashboards.
- Assist in delay/ EOT assessments and contractual support.
