Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering professional to manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions in Singapore.

You will handle budgets, schedules, and resources, coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface. Reporting to management as needed, you will assist in development paper submissions for funding approvals and liaise with government agencies on development issues.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil/Structural Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Proactive and positive in day-to-day delivery and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
