Job summary

You will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, drive digitalization, and support continuous improvement across the design and delivery process. This role requires coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to achieve quality and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; professional registration as required by PEB.
• Minimum 6 years of structural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore/regional design codes and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with digitalization and automation in engineering workflows.
• Excellent planning, reporting, and communication; leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for building and infrastructure projects to ensure safe and compliant outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance to maintain high design standards and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to integrate design and delivery for efficient project execution.
• Prepare and review technical specifications and manage project deliverables to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and engineering assessments to evaluate project viability and risks.
• Produce detailed design calculations and technical reports to support project documentation and approvals.
• Perform site inspections and design reviews to verify construction compliance and address issues promptly.
• Manage project design workflows and assist in resolving technical issues to maintain project progress; Mentor and support engineers and team members to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with consultants and stakeholders to align project objectives
