Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project manager to lead infrastructure and building projects within our new estate divisions.

You will handle budgets, schedules, and resource planning while coordinating with team members and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. The role requires collaboration with government agencies, preparation of development papers for funding, and proactive resolution of design and construction issues with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering background with relevant working experience preferred in developers, consultants or contractors.
• Demonstrates teamwork, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Proactive in day-to-day delivery and task management.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions.
• Manage project budgets, schedule and resources.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface.
• Report project status to management as needed.
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions for funding approval.
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies on development issues.
• Identify construction-related issues and disputes; provide solutions and tender documentation.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
