Job summary

Decathlon Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a pragmatic and passionate leader to scale its circular resale initiatives across the country. You will co-create local policies and business plans for Second Life, Buyback and Upcycling, while driving omni-channel execution both in-store and online.

In this role, you will animate resell strategies, coordinate with stores nationwide, and lead training for leaders at city level to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth aligned with zero-waste goals.
