Job summary

Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd is seeking energetic team members to deliver friendly customer service at ticketing and food counters and to ensure a smooth cinema experience for patrons. You will handle cash, prepare food and beverages, and maintain high hygiene standards across venues.

Applicants should have GCE O-Level or equivalent, a positive attitude, and be willing to work rotating shifts including late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Friendly, service-oriented and eager to learn.
• A reliable team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays and late-night hours (beyond midnight).
• Prior experience in event management and F&B will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated in accordance with government regulations.
• Open to fresh graduates and school leavers – training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at ticketing and food counters, including handling cash and POS transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards
• Greet, guide, and usher patrons to their cinema halls and seats
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema halls, workstations, and common areas
• Support daily cinema operations and ensure a smooth movie-going experience for all patrons
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
