Job summary

GOLDEN VILLAGE MULTIPLEX PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Operations Associate to support daily cinema floor, box office and projection duties. You will operate Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient service.

The role requires a recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail, a service mindset, and the ability to communicate with all levels.

Qualifications

• Recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail.
• Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes.
• Ability and maturity to communicate with all levels within and outside the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Operate all workstations including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection.
• Handle day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings and sales of vouchers etc
• Ensure the security of the premise and its facilities
• Ensure the location is staffed productively and optimally
• Cash management for the opening and closing of a location
• Assist in preparation of the location's staff roster
• Ensure the location is kept in functional and presentable state at all times
• Ensure staff are aware and adopting proper operating procedures
• Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers and contractors
• Conduct training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
• Performing random assignments and projects

Requirements

• Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
• Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
• Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
• Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
• Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
• Must be fully vaccinated
