Job summary

You will manage transactions using the POS system, ensure cash accuracy at the start and end of every shift, maintain a safe, clean environment, work unsupervised when needed, and support the team with any ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
