Qualifications

• Background: Strong background in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience with banking or financial services and knowledge of internal culture and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills capable of mapping end-to-end processes and identifying bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational and efficiency-driven projects across the TAO.
• Focus on Run the Bank initiatives (Onboarding, PFS Generation) and alignment of Security Agency.
• Coordinate ad-hoc working groups and manage project tracking via dashboards.
