Qualifications

Background: Strong background in strategy or management consulting.
Institutional knowledge: Prior experience working with or within our bank and understanding of internal culture.
Execution-oriented with a hands-on approach; excellent analytical skills to map end-to-end processes, define workflows, and identify bottlenecks.
Agile governance: Comfortable coordinating ad-hoc working groups and dashboards across fast-paced initiatives.

Responsibilities

Role Objective: Execute operational and efficiency-driven projects, focusing on Run the Bank initiatives (Onboarding, PFS Generation) and the structural alignment of the Security Agency.
Coordinate and track project progress using AI-integrated dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.
