Macquarie Chiropractic is looking for a clinic assistant to join its cohesive team of healthcare professionals in Singapore. You will handle administrative duties, support chiropractors, schedule and follow up on patient appointments, and respond to queries while ensuring a courteous, patient-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates are 36 hours per week (128 hours per month), computer literate, and comfortable handling payments; must be a team player and ready to accept feedback in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week (128 hours per month).

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration duties.
• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
• Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Handling payments.
• Able to manoeuvre physically with ease through confined spaces around treatment tables while assisting patient transition from sleep to stand position, if any.
