DANDAN SERVICES 1 PTE. LTD. in Jurong, Singapore is seeking a Chinese Chef to join its kitchen team. The role involves daily food preparation, cooking, and ensuring consistent quality and hygiene in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will follow recipes, manage kitchen operations, monitor inventory, and maintain food safety standards in line with SFA regulations. Prior chef experience and a willingness to learn are preferred, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef or Cook in F&B is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes per recipes and standards.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and timely service.
• Maintain food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Handle storage and rotation to minimise wastage.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with SFA regulations.
