Job summary

E-Bridge Pre-School Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Centre Leader to manage daily centre operations and ensure ECDA compliance with SOPs. You will lead staff with a shared vision, nurture professionalism and a culture of care within the Centre.

You will model leadership, guide staff in designing and delivering a holistic curriculum aligned with E-Bridge values and philosophy, and develop people through mentoring and performance development.

Qualifications

• A recognized Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent
• Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required
• Strong management skills preferred (e.g. attention to details, problem solving and knowledge of quality standards and instruments.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate and dedication leaders whom are great motivators and developer of people

Responsibilities

He/she leads by fostering a shared vision among staff and upholds quality by nurturing professionalism and a culture of care, respect and collaboration within the Centre.
