Job summary

New Life Childcare in Singapore is seeking a capable Centre Leader to guide teaching and support staff, uphold licensing and safety, and foster a collaborative team culture.

You will spearhead day-to-day operations, build partnerships with parents, ensure high-quality early childhood care, and lead initiatives in administration while modeling values of care and community.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in ECCE.
• Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader.
• Experience managing administrative and operational functions in a preschool setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people-management skills; excellent communication in English.
