Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking a Senior Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a 24/7 infrastructure and reliability engineering function across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

You will drive resilience, automation, and operational excellence while aligning with risk, compliance, and business goals. The role requires deep SRE expertise and leadership experience in large, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT infrastructure, SRE, or production operations experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale 24/7 infrastructure teams in financial services.
• Strong experience in hybrid cloud, data center, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a distributed 24/7 SRE infrastructure team, including shift-based operations and incident response coordination.
• Define and execute the SRE strategy aligned to enterprise technology and business priorities.
• Drive SLA/SLO/SLI frameworks to ensure reliability and performance targets across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Oversee end-to-end reliability of platforms including OpenShift, Kubernetes, VMware, Windows/Linux, TWS, and databases.
• Champion automation, error budgets, toil reduction, and observability improvements.
