Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of progressively responsible HR experience in international orgs, multilateral banks, or complex multinationals.
• Master's degree in HR, business, organizational psychology, finance, economics, public policy, or related field.
• Deep expertise in compensation & benefits, performance management, job evaluation & grading, reward governance, and employee lifecycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Performance, Rewards & HR Operations function with clear accountability and service standards.
• Oversee governance, controls, data protection, risk management, and audit readiness across the function.
• Own and improve the Bank-wide performance management framework, annual cycle, and APAs.
• Lead compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring market competitiveness and financial sustainability.
• Develop a multi-year total rewards strategy and improve staff understanding through clear communications.
• Own job evaluation, grading, and job-classification methodology across roles.
• Partner with Talent, Learning, and HR Planning on career pathways and internal mobility.
• Lead core HR operations across onboarding, data management, contracts, and offboarding.
