Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a Lead, Data & AI Governance to shape governance across data, AI, master data and quality domains. You will set strategy, policies and oversight while partnering with risk, legal, privacy and cybersecurity teams across SATS' global network to ensure compliant, secure data usage.

The role drives governance maturity, owner accountability, and data contracts, balancing innovation with controls in a rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• At least 8 years in data management, with 5+ years leading governance programs.
• Strong knowledge of data/AI regulatory standards and risk
• Experience with AI governance, model risk, and responsible-AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Define group-wide Data & AI governance strategy and operating model.
• Establish governance framework, policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead data ownership, stewardship and RACI for business units.
• Oversee data quality policy, metrics and SLA governance.
• Partner with risk, legal, privacy and cybersecurity across regions.
• Drive change management and governance culture across SATS.
