Job summary

SATS Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise Data & AI Governance across governance, quality, and master data management. You will partner with risk, compliance, legal, privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, ethical data handling across SATS’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in data management with 5+ years in governance, quality or master data management.
• Experience in AI governance, model risk management or responsible-AI programmes.
• Certifications such as CDMP/CIMP/CISA are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define Group-wide Data & AI Governance strategy, framework, operating model and roadmap.
• Author and maintain the Group's policy architecture—policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of adherence to policies and standards; drive maturity metrics.
• Establish the governance model: RACI, Data Owners and Stewardship across units.
• Translate governance topics into business-relevant insights for audiences.
• Set group standards for data ownership, metadata, and data contracts.
• Own data access governance and oversee data sharing, retention and disposal practices.
• Lead regulatory horizon scanning and risk/controls initiatives for Data & AI.
