Job summary

CHAPTR CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of AI Security and Assurance to strengthen technology risk governance and independently assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls across the group.

The role covers cybersecurity assurance, supplier and third-party risk, AI agent assurance, regulatory coordination, and security awareness. It requires deep regional experience and willingness to travel across the group’s Asia-Pacific operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience across cybersecurity, technology risk or IT audit with group-wide responsibilities.
• Proven track record testing security controls and presenting findings to boards or audit committees.
• Knowledge of AI agent risk, security vulnerabilities and operational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an annual programme to independently test cybersecurity controls across regional operations.
• Assess supplier and outsourced provider security provisions and maintain a group-wide technology risk register.
• Lead AI agent assurance processes, with identity controls, permissions, and human oversight.
• Coordinate risk reporting to senior leadership and regulators; advise risk acceptance decisions.
• Define group-wide security awareness, oversee training and manage penetration testing resources.
• Establish regional security governance contacts and translate threats into assurance tests.
