Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore seeks a Director, Cybersecurity (Governance, AI Trust and Assurance) to lead the Governance and Oversight function within the Cybersecurity Department and advance the firm’s cyber trust and assurance capabilities.

Reporting to the CISO, you will enable secure adoption of digital and AI technologies, provide independent oversight, and partner with business units to shape risk-informed decision making across cyber and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cyber governance programmes and independent assurance.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and governance committees.
• Knowledge of AI, Responsible Innovation and technology risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance and Oversight team for enterprise cyber governance, assurance and risk oversight.
• Develop and enhance enterprise cybersecurity, AI security and technology risk policies, standards and controls.
• Provide independent oversight across material cyber, AI and emerging technology risks to CISO and senior management.
• Lead BISO stakeholder engagement and establish trusted advisor relationships with business units.
• Oversee AI trust & assurance and emerging tech governance, including risk-based methodologies and oversight.
