Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore leads AI governance across NC3 to ensure secure, explainable and controlled AI systems that align with operations.

The role coordinates security compliance, risk assessments and governance across lifecycle stages, working with product, data, cybersecurity and operational teams to translate policy into practical controls and monitoring.

Contract until 31 March 2029 with renewal possible; based at Punggol Digital District, Singapore.

Formación

• Relevant degree in CS/Data Science/AI/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in governance, risk assessments, audit evidence and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle risks and third-party AI risk concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the AI governance framework, policies, standards and controls.
• Establish risk classification for AI use cases, data sources, owners and vendors.
• Conduct or coordinate AI risk assessments covering data privacy, security and bias.
• Define governance gates across the AI lifecycle with evidence requirements.
• Collaborate with product, data, cybersecurity and operations teams to implement controls.
• Define monitoring for AI performance, model drift and incidents; drive remediation.
• Coordinate security reviews, audits and assurance activities per IM8 and GovTech policies.
• Maintain risk register, remediation plans and management reporting with clear ownership.
• Review third-party AI solutions for governance, data handling and exit considerations.
• Provide secretariat support for governance forums and risk briefings.
