Job summary

HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency driving transformative, operationally ready solutions for public safety. The Engineer / Lead Engineer, AI Assurance will operationalise the AI Governance framework, reviewing risk submissions, monitoring governance requirements, and supporting capability-building across the Home Team.

The role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder engagement, and experience in technology risk management or AI governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience in technology risk management, AI governance or IT risk compliance.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and IMDA Governance Model.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate governance requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct AI Assurance reviews to assess compliance with governance policies and track remediation actions.
Verify AI models meet Home Team evaluation requirements and keep governance records up to date.
Maintain AI Assurance processes, dashboards, metrics and risk reporting across projects.
Deliver AI Governance awareness and collaborate with stakeholders across pillars and product squads.
