Job summary

PENTA - CHEM SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional in Singapore to drive growth by onboarding new customers and expanding existing product offerings. You will foster long-term client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical or related field with 1–2 years in chemical sales, independence, and strong MS Office, communication, and negotiation skills. On-site location at 48 Tuas Avenue 9, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical or related field; 1–2 years in chemical sales.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new customers while promoting both existing and new product offerings
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits
• Proactively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Set clear goals and strategies to enhance business development and operational efficiency
• Track sales performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing progress against targets, and preparing detailed reports
