Job summary

Penta-Chem Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in the specialty chemicals sector.

In this full-time on-site role you will identify opportunities, present product offerings, meet sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction; prior chemical sales experience is preferred but entry-level applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma in Chemical or related field with 1-2 years of experience in Chemical sales related role
• Entry level candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Effective team player with good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Preferably with Class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new customers while promoting existing and new product offerings.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, customer visits, and proactive account management.
• Proactively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Set clear business development goals and strategies to improve market penetration, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance by tracking key metrics, analyzing progress against targets, and preparing regular reports for Management.
• Achieve assigned personal KPIs, including business growth, customer acquisition, revenue targets, profitability objectives, and other performance goals as determined by Management.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
