Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a DWS/DS plant operator to support daily operations at our Singapore facility. You will handle sludge pit and weighbridge tasks, monitor treatment capacity, and help minimize utilities while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires shifting work and overtime with a focus on maintaining process temperatures and equipment performance. Join a team dedicated to reliability and safety in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in shifts, including overtime.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for plant operations.
• Commitment to safety and good housekeeping as per EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations, sludge pit and weighbridge activities.
• Optimize DWS and DS treatment capacity while ensuring safe operations.
• Minimize utility consumption, including PNG, chemicals, water and electricity.
• Monitor hopper levels and coordinate with crane operators to prevent shutdowns.
• Inspect dried sludge and adjust feed rates to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
• Monitor sludge transfer pumps and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with plant maintenance and scheduled shutdowns.
• Conduct routine inspections and report operational abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain good housekeeping.
