Job summary

Tyson Jay Group in Singapore is seeking a skilled cook to prepare and execute dishes to approved recipes, maintain mise en place, and ensure high standards of presentation and portion control. You will own a kitchen station, support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and work in a fast-paced environment with rostered weekends and holidays.

This role requires 2–4 years of restaurant kitchen experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional restaurant kitchen experience.
• Sound cooking, plating and station-management skills.
• Organised team player with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with rostered weekends, public holidays and straight or split shifts.
